As you know, people live different lifestyles. With different sizes when it comes to homes, businesses, pets and types of messes, it is hard to give an estimate over the phone or online. The best way is for you to call us to make an appointment when it is convenient for you to do so. We will send a supervised crew with three to 10 maids, depending on how you grade your home. It takes our supervisor 10 minutes to conduct a walk-through of your home or business to determine your needs and provide you with an estimate. If you agree to our estimate, the crew will clean your home to your complete satisfaction, no matter how long it takes.
The supervisor's estimate depends totally on how many people you need and how long it takes them to complete their job. If you are not completely satisfied, let us try to work something out with you. We will continue to clean until you are satisfied or we will be happy to leave the premises. Please keep in mind we have thousands of regular customers with large homes, and it only takes a three-person crew one and a half hours to clean a home. However, it may take up to eight hours for a three-person crew to clean a one-bedroom apartment, depending on the amount of work required.

We offer free estimates and we are ready to work. If you have your carpet done by another company (which we don't recommend), make sure that you have your maid service and air duct done before you do the carpet. Remember, it is supposed to be top to bottom cleaning. For instance, remove cobwebs first before working your way to ceiling fans, then vacuum or steam clean the carpet.
Employee Screening
Although we are incorporated, we operate as a family-run business. Our people have been together for so long that we don't need to hire any outsiders. Additional employees are hired through referrals from our existing employees / family.

Air Ducts
We recommend having your air ducts cleaned at least once every three years.
Windows
Windows are all hand-washed, inside and out. Please let the receptionist know if a high-rise ladder is required.
